This is an overview of the campus and how it is directed so far:
The campus is in a subhood of Coventry called Meza. This was done using mods I found by squinge and Maty. Over the campus I placed the gold record on every lot for fear if I didn't the YA's would age up. Anyway, I have only a freshman dorm and sophomore dorm right now (once I finish building the majority of it then I will put pics up). I have a university president who is an adult female age 40 (which is the age they have to be to be nominated to be president). She has a house to herself. The professors of the campus all live in a house together. They all give lectures at Meadow hall.
The freshman and sophomore dorms have four spots available for students and one studio for the resident hall attendant (rha). The rha is required to be a senior so that they can set a good example for these young impressionable minds they are in charge of. The rha gets room and board and tuition free for the year they work there. The university president selects students who are seniors who made the dean's list for the three years they have been there so we will never know who will get to be an rha. The rha will also have to make speech on why they should be the rha for the year and students take a vote.
The campus also has basketball and soccer stadiums.For those sims not interested in sports the campus offers a variety of clubs to join as well. They include photography, mother nature (which is about recycling and gardening), Llama Rights ( which is about the love for animals), Fashion club ( includes sewing, knowing the latest trends, and modeling), Business club ( focuses on speech, image, and money), Prancer club (focuses on dance).
*Rules for expulsion are failing your entire year.
*Academic Probation will happen if the student doesn't bring up their gpa by the next term. Students can only be on probation three times out of there four years before they are expelled.
