*If a sim is kicking over someones trash or stealing is punishable by a fine which will be decided by the court or jail.
*If a sim is caught fighting they are sentenced to anger management and if it happens repeatedly then they owe a fine.
*If a sim kidnaps another sim that is a crime and it is punishable by jail for up to five years minimum is one year.
*If a murder happens that sim is bound to go to jail for life.
*There will be taxes and fees including: any loans taken out, businesses, weddings, burials, renting community places, pet registry, insurance for car, home, and medical, and moving from town to town.
